How much is required to reserve my rental?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your inflatable and date. The remaining balance will be due before or at the time of delivery.
Is my $50 deposit refundable? The $50 deposit is non-refundable for customer cancellations. However, if you need to cancel due to rain or unsafe weather before we are en route for delivery, your deposit can be refunded.
What happens if it rains?
We know Alabama weather can be unpredictable! If rain or unsafe weather causes you to cancel before we are en route, you may receive a refund of your deposit. Once we are en route or the inflatable has been delivered/set up, refunds will not be available due to weather.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
A small delivery fee may apply depending on your location. Contact us with your event address and we’ll let you know!
Can you set up on concrete?
Yes! Grass is our preferred setup surface, but we are equipped to safely set up on concrete when needed. Just let us know ahead of time what type of surface we’ll be setting up on so we can bring the proper equipment.
Do you deliver, set up, and take everything down?
Yes! We take care of delivery, setup, securing the inflatable, and takedown. You get to focus on the fun!
Are your inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Yes! Our inflatables are cleaned and inspected between rentals so they arrive ready for your event!
How long do I get my rental?
Single-Day Rentals:
When you book an inflatable for the day, you'll have it for 8 hours that day! Delivery and pickup times will be arranged based on our schedule and your event time.
Weekend Rentals:
Want to keep the fun going all weekend? Weekend rentals are typically delivered Saturday morning and picked up sunday evening, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your inflatable!
